Awareness + Action=Prevention

We need to be in the business of prevention. Recently an aware co-worker alerted authorities to a verbal threat of violence against a specific popular hotel chain.  This co-worker’s actions prevented a planned act of violence that could have resulted in mass casualties.  Do you know how to spot behaviors of concern, and who to report these concerns to?
