About Trinity

Dr. Holly Roselle specializes in the psychology of human and organizational performance. She is the former mental performance specialist with the U.S. Navy SEALS, where she was attached to SEAL Teams 1, 3, 5, 7 & BUDS. She worked in the same role with the specialized Asymmetric Warfare Group, and the Army Center for Enhanced Performance based out of the United States Military Academy in West Point, NY. Each role focused on the psychological aspects of human and organizational performance in two main applications: 1) training individuals on how to optimally perform in organizations and 2) Stress and Energy Management. Dr. Roselle holds two masters and a Ph.D. in the field of human and organizational performance psych and she is a certified member of AASP. Additionally, she is an adjunct professor in the Performance Psychology Graduate Program at National University in San Diego, CA. With her experience, Dr. Roselle provides a unique and wholistic approach to security and workplace violence prevention as well as optimal success for Trinity Risk Solutions. Dr. Roselle is also the founder of Higher Power Mind, an online mental resilience program for youth.

As a trusted and versatile security executive and former U.S. Secret Service special agent, Tim Knutson is a collaborative leader with expertise in the development of security, crisis management, and training initiatives that compliment and align with business goals and objectives.

As a special agent for the U.S. Secret Service, he developed and executed numerous strategic security operations, including security plans for President George W. Bush and the 2008 Presidential Transition Office. Demonstrating his versatility, he also led investigations, in collaboration with the Assistant United States Attorney’s office, of financial crime cases, including counterfeit, forgery, and identity theft.

In 2015, he was recruited to build a comprehensive corporate security operation and program for Tenet Healthcare, a Fortune 200 company, overseeing safety and security for over 100,000 employees throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Functioning as the Chief Security Officer, Tim established a system-wide standardization of an employee safety and security program, a tiered executive protection program, and a robust cross-organizational infrastructure to address emerging security challenges. He also developed a blueprint of companywide vulnerability and security measures, and standardized enterprise- wide vulnerability and risk assessments.

In 2019 Tim founded Voss Risk Strategies (VRS), a provider of security risk solutions, to support organizations in making critical risk management decisions. VRS acts as the outsourced security function for companies without a dedicated security department, or those that have limited resources. VRS works with clients to design and implement security and risk management programs to mitigate risks and align with corporate objectives.

Christopher has 21 years of experience in the fields of national security, crisis management, forensic investigations, advance threat protection and site vulnerability assessments and assists clients in all industries to include business, financial, legal, regulatory, and reputational risk. Christopher specializes in conducting site security advances and criminal investigations, as well as physical, threat, and vulnerability assessments to include protective intelligence investigations. He also assists clients in achieving their desired protection from the Department of Homeland Security’s SAFETY Act.

Christopher helps professional sports teams manage threats and increase opportunities to teams, players, ownership organizations, and events by integrating key capabilities to help sports organizations and event venues manage threats to their brand, their teams, and their fans.

Previously. Christopher was a Managing Director for the Mintz Group and a Director with PwC in the Global Intelligence Practice where he lead PwC’s Sports Intelligence team as well as the Enterprise Physical Security practice.

Christopher was a Special Agent for the United States Secret Service, where he investigated crimes against the government, acts of terrorism, and spent 5 years on the Presidential Protection Detail. Christopher has conducted multiple security advances for the first family, both domestically and internationally, throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Before the Secret Service, he was an officer for the Houston Police Department enforcing federal, state, and local laws.

Christopher has a Criminal Justice degree from Texas State University where he played Division I college football.

Marty G. Dickens is a businessperson who has been at the helm of 9 different companies and is Chairman at Music City Center.

Mr. Dickens was regional executive of BellSouth/AT&T Tennessee until his retirement in October 2007, having served at the company since June 1969.

He is also Chairman at Belmont University and on the board of 5 other companies.

In the past Mr. Dickens was Chairman at Harpeth Capital LLC, Chairman at Nashville Convention & Visitors Bureau, President of AT&T, Inc. President of AT&T Tennessee, President of BellSouth Telecommunications LLC and Executive Vice President of Bellsouth International (which are all subsidiaries of AT&T, Inc.) and Chairman at Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Since 1970 Bill R. Phillips, senior partner with Windrow Phillips Group, has been involved in and around government at the Federal, State, and Local levels. He has served in executive leadership positions at the local, state, and federal levels as well as a top executive in higher education, journalism, and government relations.

Prior to entering government relations consulting in 2007, Phillips served as Nashville, Tennessee’s first deputy mayor during the Administration of Mayor Bill Purcell. In 1994 he moved to Nashville from Washington, D.C. to assume the position of associate vice chancellor for university relations at Vanderbilt University at the conclusion of a year-long fellowship at The Freedom Forum First Amendment Center at Vanderbilt University.

As associate vice chancellor Phillips established a Washington, D.C. based government relations office for Vanderbilt as well as expanded government relations with Nashville and the State of Tennessee. As a fellow at the First Amendment Center he co-authored the book “Nothing Sacred” which examined the relationship between the media and political leaders with an emphasis on privacy and fairness issues. He currently is an adjunct professor at Lipscomb University, teaching public policy and politics. He also is guest lecturer at a number of universities.

Prior to moving to Nashville Phillips served in a variety of positions in the Administrations of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush. Positions included chief of staff for the U.S. Department of Education, deputy director of U.S. Office of Personnel, chief of staff for the Republican National Committee, executive director of the political action committee, Fund for America’s Future, and CEO of the 1988 Republican National Convention. He was assistant campaign manager for operations of the 1992 Bush-Quayle Campaign Committee.

In Nevada Phillips was chief of staff for Gov. Robert List as well as campaign manager for his election committee. From 1970 to 1978 Phillips was a political reporter and editor for Gannett newspapers in California and Nevada, where he was member of the team that won a Pulitzer Prize for Editorials at the Nevada State Journal.

He and his late wife, Candy, have three grown children and seven grandchildren. A native Texan, he is a Vietnam veteran where he served on Advisory Team 1 of MACV.

Robin is a Principal in the Diversified Trust Nashville office, where she is responsible for serving individuals and multi-generational families with customized family office and legacy solutions. Robin leverages more than 25 years of expertise supporting the needs of high net worth individuals, including wealth transfer planning and trust management, tax and estate planning, family philanthropy, next generation education and governance. Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Robin was Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Pendleton Square Trust Company, leading the company’s formation and expansion. She previously served as Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer of The Family Office, LLC in Nashville, serving the founders of Dollar General, the Turner Family.

Robin is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Nashville and is a Trustee for the League’s Endowment. Her professional memberships include the American Institute of CPAs, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, the Nashville Estate Planning Council, and the Private Directors Association. Additionally, Robin serves as an independent Director for a Tennessee-based private family trust company.

Robin is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Mr. Pereira joined Covenant Surgical Partners in 2016 and has over 15 years of Medical Operations experience. Tim has previously held sales, development and management positions with several pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Mr. Pereira is a graduate of The Citadel and graduated with his MBA from Vanderbilt.

Kyle Buckett is a retired Navy Seal; the CEO of KAYGWA Inc, a founding Partner of Fortis Enterprise Partners, and the CEO of One More Wave.
Kyle joined the Navy in 1999 and although most of his career was spent in the middle east, he has been deployed to over 20 different countries and served with 5 separate SEAL teams. Conducting everything from single man operations, to leading an 800man clearance operation through southern Afghanistan, he has developed his own leadership style that
has improved high performing teams in a variety of industries. Kyle had the unique opportunity to be one of the few senior enlisted leaders with Ground Force Commander experience in multiple theaters of armed conflict.
Over the years Kyle has been instrumental in the business development of numerous Navy SEAL founded small businesses, both for profit and nonprofit. In fact, on his last deployment, one of his fellow teammates was shot numerous times in the leg, resulting in a high leg amputation. A serial entrepreneur, Kyle knew that he had to do something. He started researching ways to help disabled veterans that surf, but remained busy with operations while deployed. Upon returning from deployment, he connected with Alex West who had started One More Wave, and the rest is history. By the end of this year One More Wave will have directly impacted over 250 veterans lives, with family and friends reaching in the thousands. Recently named one of Starbucks 2017 “UpStanders” for his courage to make a difference, it is Kyle's hope to decrease the daily veteran suicide rate of 22 through One More Wave’s mission. The SEAL Teams have been his career, his life, and his family. In 2018, Kyle decided he was ready to transition to his next chapter and spend time in America with his children and wife. It is Kyle’s dream and passion to invest in tomorrow, technology, and his network.
